The questionnaire will be emailed out to members once a QR code has been added to it.

4) Treasurers Report

Geoff presented the current position of our finances.

5) Membership & Outings Report

Currently we have on the coach:-

17 to Ampthill

59 to Cambridge

27 to Caldy

7) Marketing / Website

No matters arising.

8) AOB

a) The office needs to relocate to facilitate construction of the disability ramp. The club has 2 alternative offices in mind for us to look at and agree one. We will need to know a timescale, how to make our new location visible to members and costs

b) It was agreed to present Dean Adamson with a plaque in recognition of his try record achievement. We aim to present this to Deano in the marquee after the last game of the season. Margaret has agreed to organise the engraving of the plaque.

The next meeting will be on Thursday 12th June 2025at 6.30pm in the SDC Suite. There being no further business the meeting was closed at 7.40pm.
