2) Minutes of the last meeting

Accepted and signed by Jane.

3) Matters Arising

a) The questionnaire is ready and will be emailed out to members as and when appropriate.

8a) Jane to liaise with the Club on a suitable date to view options for the relocation of the office.

8c) Committee’s thanks go to Solveig and Chris for arranging the wine ,thank you, to non-Committee jackpot sellers.

4) Treasurers Report

Geoff presented the end of season accounts.

5) Membership & Outings Report

No report. Thanks from Margaret to all who helped throughout the season.

6) Marketing / Website

No report.

7) AOB

a) Jane has spoken to Gareth and he will raise the issue of no disabled facilities at Ampthill with the Tier 2 Management Board.

b) Bedford Tigers Rugby League have offered members of the Followers (Supporters Club) a discount at any Bedford Tigers league match. Chris will post on our Social Media.

The next meeting will be the AGM on Thursday 10th July 2025 7.00pm in the Scrum Bar. There being no further business the meeting was closed at 7.15pm.
